SEED EXHIBITION: RMNH MYSORE
Greetings viewers! hope all are having a great time spending your vacations; well, my vacations are getting over and trying to get back to reality. The saddest part of vacations is its end. Getting back to the work, leaving all the memories aside, planning to achieve the targets, a new beginning, a new thought, work on it, take up the burden, pressurised, reaching the goal, success and repeat. Our cycle of life is never ending, our lives are so similar to the seeds, don't you think so??
Richard L Ratliff says, "Do your thoughts continue and repeat a cycle. Seed, growth, bloom and seed again. A seed is a symbol of a new beginning, a new inspiration and a new life. Seeds have remained so close to human life. We eat seeds, we wear seeds, we earn through seeds, we get healed by seed and seeds are the part of rituals, ceremonies and festivals in India. We have been using the seeds from thousands of years, we started getting civilized by the discovery of seeds and its domestication. Seeds are so useful for us in many ways yet we have very compact knowledge about it.
In this state, a brilliant and atypical exhibition was held in the Regional Museum of Natural History Mysore which brought out the diversity of seeds and its importance.
I am so gladful to the crew who has made such an exceptional attempt to make realise people about the importance of seeds in our day to day life. It was a temporary exhibition which ended up in two days, from 20th to 21st May 2019. Though the span was short, its significance is may not be shunned. So, let me tell more about the expo.

That's all from the seeds; I hope you have enjoyed looking into the different varieties of seeds in this world. A seed when buried does not die but start a new life. It is very important for us to know these values before we could start up our new year of working. We, teachers, have a unique role to play in our lives. It is the role of every teacher to plant the seeds of knowledge that will grow forever. I wish all teachers and academicians good luck as they start their new year of work. By saying this I will make a move, see you next week.
